CHOCOLATE CUSTARD DESSERT BASE

At 1 syn per serving, this is a great way to get your chocolate fix.Serves 8


INGREDIENTS:
250 g Quark
5 eggs
50 g cocoa powder (for baking, not drinking chocolate)
1 tub Muller Light Vanilla or Toffee yoghurt (either flavour gives good results)
3-4 tablespoons of sweetener

METHOD:

Blend quark and eggs. Stir in cocoa powder (start by hand to avoid a mess). Blend in yoghurt and the sweetener to taste.

Bake at Gas Mark 3 until just set, about 30-40 minutes. Do not overbake as the texture will be unpleasantly rubbery.

3)
Slice into eight wedges. The dessert base is very chocolate-y and not over-sweet. It is intended to be served with yoghurt and fruit.
