Free on Green or Extra EasyIngredients: 1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Optional: 4 cardomom pods, crushed, 1/4 tsp each cloves, cinnamon and aniseed powder
1 can Sundar or Asda Chickpea Dhal
8 oz favourite veg: cauliflower, green beans, carrots (and/or favourite meat on Extra Easy)
1/2 tub Quark
Granulated sweetener Fry the onion, garlic and spices in Fry Light until translucent. Stir in the dhal and veg (meat). Heat through. Off the heat, add the Quark and a little warmed stock to reach the desired consistancy. Stir well and sweeten to taste. Serve with rice.
