Strawberry Roulade …….0.5 syns!!!!
4 egg yolks mixed with half a pot of Quark, 5 level tablespoons
sweetener, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold in to the mixture. Pour into
a lined swiss roll tin and bake for 15 mins on gas 5/180C (Fan oven)
…Filling is the remaining half pot of Quark with 1 tablespoon sweetener
and vanilla essence and sliced strawberries. Roll it up and enjoy! 😉
