Yummy recipe

I’m gonna start adding some recipes in here – I’ve been on the Slimming World eating plan since last Feb and lost 3 stone. Just got a slow cooker and on the look out for recipes that fit in with the SW plan.

This was tonight’s tea …


4 boneless pork chops
3 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
100ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
I substituted Splenda for the sugar, spoon for spoon, but would halve this next time. I would also substitute half the soy sauce for stock. Otherwise delicious, especially with a glass of white grenache!!!

    Sounds really tasty,not been on line much for ages. I am going to try and eat more,as in right food as well,as I need to lose weight as well.
